A team of health employees of the Raipur Municipal Corporation (RMC) Zone II on Tuesday inspected the Dilip Kulfi shop and the soft drink shop of Veera Marketing situated at Raman Mandir Ward in the city.
The health team warned the shopkeepers of sealing their shops, if they do not send back the old stock to the company within three days.
The team led by Zone Commissioner RK Dongre, in the presence of the Zone Health Officer Kamal Narayan Sharma, inspected the ice and its preservation arrangement in the Dilip Kulfi shop in Raman Mandir Ward. During the inspection, ice arrangement in the Kulfi shop was found in order. The team advised the shop owner to run the Kulfi shop while maintaining cleanliness.
In the soft drink shop of Veera Marketing situated at Dr Pathak lane, the Health team found one month old stock of 100 bottles. The shopkeeper said that every time he sends back old stock to the company.
It has been found in the inspection that the shopkeeper had sent all old stocks upto March end 2014 back to the company. The stock for April 2014 was found kept in the shop, which the team asked to send back to the company within three days. The team has warned the shopkeeper to seal the shop if the stock was not sent back to the company within three days.
