Missing Bokaro girl rescued from Mumbai

A 15-year-old Taranum Praveen of Nisanhut, Bokaro Thermal, who went missing from Tuesday evening, has been rescued from Mumbai VT railway station on Thursday morning. The police also nabbed one youth identified as Sadam Ansari of the same locality regarding in this matter.

A written complaint in this regard has been lodged by her parents with Bokaro Thermal police station. According to reports one youth of the same locality who was last seen with the Taranum Praveen at Bokaro Thermal railway station on Tuesday evening and probably they has gone to Mumbai from Gomoh railway station.

Bokaro Thermal police in charge Raj Kumar Yadav said a team was constituted after police lodge an FIR. Besides Bokaro police officials Mumbai police also extended their cooperation for the safe recovery of the girl. The police had raided several places in the State capital as well as other districts of Jharkhand besides contacting the Mumbai police and informed them about the incident.

later this evening Mumbai police confirmed the Bokaro police over the phone that a girl, identified as Taranum was found from Howarah-Mumbai Express at Mumbai railway station. On getting information a team of Bokaro police rushed to Mumbai for her recovery.
