Minority women leadership training concludes

A 20-day-long leadership development training programme for minority women under the Nai Roshni scheme supported by the Union Ministry of Minority Affairs concluded here on Friday.

Organsied by the Madani Welfare Association, five batches comprising 25 in each batch were trained in the training event. The beneficiaries were selected from Mukundaspur, Banamalipur, Anandapur, Behera sahi, Patra sahi, and Bengabati covering three gram panchyats like Bhapur, Sumana sasan and Majhihara .

The participants were trained in the field of leadership development of women, waste water, sanitation, solid waste management , solid waste disposal, health and hygienic, home management , management and use of water, electricity management, basic life skill problem solving, creative thinking, inter personal relationship, common childhood , role of women PRI system and on many other issues.
