As per the nomination of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Bhubaneswar branch organised the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan here on Tuesday and carried out a cleanliness drive at its branch premises here and its adjacent road starting from the OERC office building.
The drive, which also included fixation of waste bins in and around the branch, was held under the leadership of branch Chairman Partha Sarathi Mishra in the presence of Secretary Amit Kumar Agarwalla, Ramesh Chandra Pradhan, Raja Narayan Tripathy and Sanjay Kumar Agrawalla.
The branch will also conduct the cleanliness drive at public places such as railway station, hospitals, park, bus stand, etc in the city and will instal waste bins at important junctions across the city in coming month. The drive was participated by over 60 members and students.
