Government employees and cooperative housing societies will get plots at concessional rates in Naya Raipur.
Moreover, land, along with necessary amenities will be made available at concessional rates to schools, colleges and medical institutions for the development of Naya Raipur, said Housing and Environment Minister Rajesh Munat.Chairing a review meeting with Naya Raipur Development Authority (NRDA) officers here, Munat directed to speed up the ongoing construction and development works in Naya Raipur.
The Minister directed to prepare a scheme soon to provide land at concessional rate to Government employees and cooperative societies for residential purposes.During the meeting, NRDA CEO Amit Kataria said that many educational institutions were already operational in Naya Raipur and national-level institutions were also showing interest in opening their branches in Naya Raipur.
To speed up housing construction, three sectors have been developed in Naya Raipur where a plot allotment scheme would be launched soon, he said.
