Govt promises to curb crimes & make crime-free MP: Gaur

The State Government has promised to check the crimes and provide crime-free atmosphere to the citizens of Madhya Pradesh. There should be no laxity in this connection. The State Government has enough resources which should be used to curb the crime.

This was stated by the Minister for Home and Jail Babulal Gaur in a meeting of senior police officers of Gwalior Chambal division in the SP office Gwalior. He said that it is the willpower of the State Government that Gwalior Chambal region has become dacoit free and making fast progress. This process should continue in future. Dacoit free atmosphere encourages development and employment.

On this occasion, he held district wise talks and reviewed monthly crime rate. In the meeting, the home secretary PK Swai, IG Gwalior Adrash Katiyar, IG Chambal SM Afjal, DIG Jagat Singh, Dilip Arya and all the SPs of Gwalior Chambal division.

The Gwalior zone police took out the for tuner luxury cerement for VIP and VVIP for the first time Home Minister Babulal Gaur. It is stated that the MP police have purchased 7 such cars which have been given to big zones of the State. The car is bullet proof and is equipped GPS and Jammer. It costs is stated to be 1.25 crores on his coming to Gwalior on Wednesday evening by Shatabadi express the Home Minister Gaur talked with the reporters on the railway station. He said that he has come here to see the police remains effective alert and in action. I would review the works is being carried out by the police only than I can express my views.

Earlier, the office bearers of BJP greeted him Gaur suddenly reached Kampoo police station and asked the daily dairy to show. He also asked the SP Singh whether there is woman desk in the police station.

The SP said that there is no woman desk in the police station but the talks with woman are held in separate room. He asked the TI DBS Tomar when the counting is conducted. Tomar said that it is conducted at 9.30 am and 5 pm.

In reply to a question, he said that 656 cases have been registered in the last one year out of which 20 cases are pending. Gaur asked whether there is a separate law and order and investigation wing. The SP said that there is no separate wing but serious cases are investigated by crime branch. Gaur suggested that this arrangement should be separate to settle the criminal’s cases immediately. The SP replied in affirmative.
