The Education department officers have expressed grief at the untimely demise of RTE Cell expert Kishan Swaroop on January 24.
The School Education (Basic) director RK Kunwar said that Swaroop was an honest and experienced officer who efficiently executed works assigned to him. He was in-charge of RTE Cell for many years. School Education (Secondary) director CS Gwal said that untimely demise of Swaroop is a great loss to the education department. Swaroop died in an accident outside Education Directorate on January 24. He was rushed to the SGRR Medical Institute and Hospital after the accident where he was declared dead by doctors.
