launching a scathing attack on Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi, the sitting BJP MP from Rajnandgaon, Madhusudan Yadav, on Sunday said that his false and illusory promises proved that he has no vision for a developed India.
“There are three types of lies - a lie, white lie and those given by Rahul Gandhi as a statement,” he said.Yadav said that when BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi talks of development, the Congress tries to infuse terror on his name in the minds of a particular community. “It is apparent from this that the Congress party has no clear strategy to confront Narendra Modi,: he said.
“The MP stated that the Congress vice-president had been saying that the Congress doled out to the people their rights but the fact remains that the party had snatched away the rights of the people through corruption and price rise,” Yadav said.
He said that the Congress party has no affirmative agenda for the benefit of the nation. The in-charges of BJP's Media Cell in Rajnandgaon, Yogeshdutt Mishra and Ashok lohia, jointly issued a statement that during the past six decades the Congress had only divided the people while Rahul Gandhi is talking about uniting people. "If the Congress had united the people during the past six decades, the country would not have been in the current situation," they said.
The Congress vice-president is not in a position to provide an answer to the electorate on his government's performance record during the past one decade, they stated.
