Collector Dhananjay Devangan, as a part of his continuous inspection drive of sub health centres, schools, hostels and ashrams of the district, inspected a sub health centre besides pre-matric boys’ and girls’ ashram at Dhanora village in Keshkal block.
At the boys’ ashram, the Collector sought information about educational activities from the students and issued guidelines to ashram Superintendent to improve arrangements.The students should include yoga and exercise in their daily routine, along with their study, he said.Devangan told students about the importance of Surya Namaskar and yoga and instructed ashram superintendent to give practice of it to the children on a regular basis.
In view of seasonal diseases, the Collector instructed to conduct regular health check up of students. He also inspected the store and kitchen shed of the ashram.looking to the low voltage problem and lack of beds in the hostel, Devangan ordered the officers concerned to solve the problems immediately.In the pre-metric hostel at Dhanora, the Collector advised girl students to study well to become a topper. While inspecting the Sub Health Centre at Dhanora village, the Collector ordered the medical staff present there to maintain cleanliness and make system better.
He collected detailed information about treatment of patients, their food arrangement and supply of medicine from the in-charge doctor of the sub health centre. For better monitoring and strengthening of system in each block, Devangan has launched a continuous inspection campaign in the district.
