The British Council is organising GREAT UK Education Seminars in Jamshedpur starting from October 28. launched in February 2012, the initiative is a strategic international marketing programme designed to promote the UK to business, tourism and student markets worldwide in order to enhance the country’s global reputation.
The seminar is being held at Carmel College, Sonari, National Institute of Technology, ADlS Sunshine School, Sakchi, JH Tarapore School, Straight Mile Road, Dhatkidih and Jusco School South Park, Dispensary Rd, Bistupur.
It will enable students to receive information about studying and living in the UK. The interested individuals will be able to interact with the representatives of British Council and learn more about their areas of interest. In addition, students will get a chance to watch ‘There’s never been a better time to study in the UK’ — a short film that captures life changing experiences of UK education through the voices of students currently studying in the UK.
In this spirit, the programme is designed to showcase why UK makes for an ideal student destination by ensuring students and their parents have access to the latest information about study and student life in the UK. GREAT UK Education Seminars are a one-stop-shop for everyone about what one needs to know about studying and living in the UK.
