BJP National president Amit Shah on Wednesday appointed Dharmendra Pradhan as in-charge and Bhupender Yadav as co-in-charge of elections in Jharkhand.
Pradhan is presently a Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas whereas Yadav is a BJP Rajya Sabha MP from Rajasthan. As elections are due in Jharkhand by the end of this year and several key political players of the State are clamouring to regroup and strategies for the same. Shah held several rounds of meetings with BJP’s State units to chalk out strategy for the preparations for Assembly polls in Jharkhand.
