Aiming better service experience and all services under one roof, Bharti Airtel limited opened its first Company Owned and Company Operated (COCO) store in the city on Thursday.
The COCO store has been aimed to provide end-to-end service support for Airtel mobile, digital TV, broadband connections and m-commerce services. This is fourth Airtel COCO store in the Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
While talking to mediapersons, Vir Inder Nath CEO Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, Bharti Aritel said that the sole aim of these Airtel stores is to provide the best experience to the Airtel customers. The stores are designed to provide service across the product range offered by Airtel. Handsets with bundled packages would be provided to the customers.
Data users have been contributing to a larger portion of revenue which is around 12.5 percent of the revenue generated. Every year a significant increase of around 50-60 percent has been witnessed in the data users, he added.
Nath assured that skilled and trained staff would be catering to the customers which are better in technical skills and aware of the latest technologies across the field which would help in a providing better service level to the customers.
The Airtel store is one-stop-shop and would provide easy payment options through newly installed machine which accepts cash, card and cheque and provides the acknowledgement of the same. A scanned copy of cheque is provided if payment is made through cheque.
Airtel is also providing 16 MBPS and 8 MBPS internet speed for its broadband connections and they claim that they are only service providers to provide speed of such level in the State.
