AMRI Healthy Heart Club launched in city

On the occasion of the World Heart Day, Bhubaneswar-based AMRI Hospital on Monday launched an AMRI Healthy Heart Club in its premises to create awareness among people to keep their heart healthy.

Ollywood actress Archita Sahu, Senior Citizen Federation of India president Krupasindhu Sahoo and AMRI Hospitals Bhubaneswar vice-president Dr Salil Kumar Mohanty inaugurated the launching programme of the club.

The film actress and Mohanty flagged off a bike rally starting from the hospital to spread awareness among people about marinating a healthy heart.

A senior cardiologist of the hospital said the AMRI Heart Centre has an unrivalled reputation for innovation and research and utilises the most sophisticated techniques and equipments in detecting and treating all forms of heart disease. “Our specialists are trained to customise their treatment to individual needs. We have committed ourselves to service of the community through a unique combination of low costs and high treatment standards,” he added.
