At least 40 persons, including six children, belonging to Sakuntalapur village under Jajpur district’s Badachana block, were hospitalised on Thursday after consuming stale food in a community feast.
One Susanta Behera of the village had organised a feast on his marriage reception on Wednesday night. His family members distributed the leftover food items among neighbours on Thursday morning.
