Bokaro district literacy committee is on move to increase the women literacy rate across the district. On this move atleast three thousand drop-out women will appear in Matric examination, said P S Dewadi DGM district education department.
“Women from Chas, Chandankiyari and Jaridih blocks were selected to appear in the exam which scheduled to be held in March 2015”, he added. This decision has been taken in a meet where Bokaro Steel Plant CSR officials, district literacy committee officials and Javad Ahmad of State literacy Mission were present there.
