A free kidney check up camp was organised at Saraswati Sishu Mandir campus on Saturday by doctors from Apollo Hospital, Bhubaneswar and the Utkal Kidney Foundation (UKF). As many as 236 patients were tested, out of which 72 were found suffering from kidney fluorite. Director UKF Dr Nitish Kumar Mohanty said that very shortly the people of Narasinghpur would come to know the primary causes of the inveterate disease. The programme was coordinated by SHARP secretary Bijay Kumar Panda, Dr Premananda Patnaik, Ramakanta Panigrahi, Priyambada Devi, BDO Bishnu Prasad Acharya and Prafula Kumar Sahoo.
