local social organisation SHARP celebrated its 7th Medhavi Avinandan here on Monday, where several distinguished personalities were felicitated for their respective achievements.
Renowned Neurologist Dr Sanatan Rath presided over the function while former Chief Justice of the Sikkim High Court Justice Radha Krushna Patra, former Assistant Commissioner (Custom) Nirmalla Mishra and the State IGP (SCRB) Sanjeeb Panda attended the function as guests. SHARP President conferred the Arat Gourab Samman to Nirmalla Mishra, while five teachers were conferred with the Sikhyak Gourav Samman. Besides, more than 234 students of Baramba-Narasinghpur were felicitated for their commendable performances in the HSC Examination-2014. Among others, SHARP secretary Bijaya Kumar Panda was present.
