Deepak advertising gets best innovation award

Bhopal: Deepak Advertising was bestowed with the Best Innovation Award for innovation done for its real estate client in Mumbai. In the service category, the agency has also been awarded for maximum billing. Agency’s marketing department head Sachin Upadhyay received the award. On this occasion, Managing Director of the agency Deepak Jetha said “Innovation and creativity are the important links of the advertising field. We are delighted to receive award in the Innovation category. This award will inspire us to work more creatively.” Notably, this agency was also nominated in Ink awards organized by the famous media website Exchange for Media. The agency has also won Summit Creative Award for its innovation. With its creativity and innovation, the agency has won more than 100 national and international awards till date. Deepak advertising has been serving to its local, national and international clients for the last 17 years. Deepak Advertising Agency is the first agency which has received creative and media ‘Agency of the Year’ award 10 times. This agency has its branches in Indore and Jaipur.

Kidnapping plan foiled, four held

Gwalior: The police arrested four persons who were kidnapping a married woman for the marriage of their acquaintance. The police registered the case on the report of woman and started interrogating the accused. According to the police, some people had kidnapped a woman and were taking her with them on the highway under Mohna police station district Gwalior. On the receipt of information, the police started the search of the vehicles and caught a jeep with two women and three youth. They found Firoz, wife of Saiyad Shekh resident of Nagpur. The police interrogated her. She told the police that the youth were taking him to marry her with their associate Inder. The police registered the case and arrested Guddi Bai, Majboot Singh, Inder and Raman.

 

BJP will use unfair means in bank polls: Cong

Gwalior: Due to the pressure from the Congress cooperative and decision of the high court, the BJP Government has accpeted the resignations of 31 districts bank presidents and directors and has appointed administrators. Now, the BJP Government will conduct cooperative banks elections soon and would try to use unfair means in the elections. This was stated by the State president of the Congress cooperative cell and former Minister Bhagvan Singh Yadav. Yadav handed over the responsibility for conducting election to the Congress cooperative cell divisions and districts in charge. Election of all the cooperative banks except Khargone, Jhabua, Shivpuri, Shihor, Panna and Bhind will be held in August. Yadav has ordered the in-charge of divisions and districts to make preparations to select candidates and check the unfair means used by the BJP.

Samagra ID info now available on website

Bhopal: Bhopal Municipal Corporation has uploaded all the information related to Samagra ID of the citizens on its website- www.bmconline.gov.in. One can get the Samagra ID of family and family members by logging into the website and entering the name and address. Samagra ID has been made under Samagra Samajik Suraksha Mission after surveying in the city. It is compulsory for an individual to know his Samagra ID to avail the benefits of various government schemes. For the Samagra ID, the BMC has made special provisions at zone and ward offices. Besides, the corporation is conducting SSSM ID work by introducing an office in zone 5. Recently, BMC has also started call center facility for the individuals where all the information related to Samagra ID is provided. BMC has uploaded all the information on the website to reduce the number of calls in the call center. The search engine will search the required ID immediately from 23 lakh entries.

 

IGRMS organises anthropology workshop

Bhopal: Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya organised a workshop on ‘Anthropological observation in museum studies– collection, documentation and interpretation’ here on Wednesday. Students of anthropology from Indira Gandhi National Tribal University, Amarkantak participated in this workshop. Assistant Keeper of IGRMS, P Shankara Rao gave detailed information of Do’s & Dont’s of field research in anthropology. As many as 14 students of Anthropology under guidance of Prof DV Prasad of IGNTU are visiting Manav Sangrahalaya. Today students visited Rock Art Shelter, Vethi Sankul and Tribal Habitat and documented details. On Thursday the sessions will be taken by Surya Kumar Pandey, Assistant Keeper and Rashmi Shukla, Musuem Associate. Director, IGRMS, Arun Kumar Shrivastava will present certificates to the participants of the workshop. Meanwhile, the museum in collaboration with Kirti Ballet and Performing Arts is organizing a programme ‘Shakti’ on Chhau Dance. On the occasion of International Museum Day a 30-days long workshop on Chhau Dance of West Bengal, Jharkhand and Orissa was inaugurated. Students from various age group participated in the workshop. Participants were trained in all three forms of Chhau ie Puruliya, Saraikela and Mayurbhanj. The participants of workshop under guidance of instructors prepared a ballet comprising all three forms of Chhau. The Chhau dance will be presented by students on 1st August, 2014 at Shaheed Bhawan from 6.30 pm. The entry to this programme is free of cost.
