Union Minister urged to issue order
Bhopal: Home and Jail Minister Babulal Gaur has written a letter to Rail Minister Sadanand Gowda to issue orders soon to run New Delhi-Bhopal Shatabdi Express from Habibganj railway station.
Gaur wrote to the Rail Minister that he had given a proposal regarding this to the Union Minister in New Delhi on June 12. It has been a long pending demand of Bhopal's people to run Shatabdi from Habibganj. The railways has completed examination in this regard. Orders to run Shatabdi Express from Habibganj should be issued at the earliest so that people of the capital can get rail facility.
Gupta hears problems of residents
Bhopal: Higher Education Minister Umashankar Gupta visited Panchsheel Nagar and Jay Bhim Nagar in ward 46 and gave a patient hearing to people's problems here on Sunday. He directed to prepare estimates for construction of drain and road near Jain Dharmshala. Gupta directed for regular cleaning in the ward. In Jay Bhim Nagar, Gupta directed to solve drinking water problem and cleaning of sewage line. He also directed to rectify electricity bills of excessive amounts and install streetlights. On residents' demand, Gupta directed to chalk out a proposal for constructing a dust bin. local public representatives and officers were present on the occasion.
