The Police Establishment Board (PEB) on Monday approved the transfer orders of 111 cops of UT Police with immediate effect.
As per the transfer orders, 105 officers of Chandigarh police, including 56 Sub-Inspectors, 42 Assistant Sub-Inspectors, seven Head Constables, have been
transferred from their present postings.
In addition to this, six DSP level officials were also transferred. These DSPs included Guriqbal Singh Sidhu, Dr Navdeep Singh Brar, Ashish Kapoor, BS Negi, Satish Kumar and Deepak Yadav.
