Sir — Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi’s observation at the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry meet last week that corruption is the biggest issue that is bleeding the people dry and that arbitrary powers are holding up projects is on the mark. But Mr Gandhi abstained from the naming these powers.
