14 injured as school bus hits another bus

Fourteen people, including 10 students, were injured when a school bus carrying them hit a UP Roadways bus in Indirapuram area this evening. According to police, the incident took place around 4 pm near UP Gate when a bus of Global International School, situated in Section 71 in Noida, hit from behind after the Uttar Pradesh Roadways bus suddenly slammed the brakes.

There were 14 people — 10 students, two teachers, a driver, and a helper — in the bus, they said, adding the injured students have been identified as Yadhuvanshi, Ira, Anishka, Pooja, Keshan, Aadi, Arjun, Charvi, Adniye and Shanskar.
