Mayor Trophy State level table tennis competition was inaugurated by Mayor Shri Alok Sharma. About 350 cadets of cadre, sub junior, junior, youth and senior classes from Indore, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Guna, Ashok Nagar, Mandsaur, Morena, Sagar, Rewa, Shahdol, Shivpuri, Ujjain, Khandwa, Ratlam and Bhopal among other cities Women and men players are participating.
Inaugurating the Mayor Trophy State Level Table Tennis Competition, Mayor Alok Sharma said that all possible support will be given to promote table tennis.
He asked the organisers to upgrade the competition and organize it at the national level as well.
On this occasion, Sharma was introduced to the players and wished them all the best. On this occasion, President of the Tennis Tennis Association, Santosh Aggarwal, Secretary Sharad Goyal, Tournament Director Sanjay Mishra and Organizing Secretary Shabir Ali, a large number of sportspersons, sports fans and distinguished citizens were present.
