With a view to move forward process of development under leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) reiterated on Monday that it will form government in the Centre once again on its slogan ‘Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas’.
Addressing a press meet State General Secretary Deepak Prakash said, “It was decided in a meeting of national council of the party which was concluded on January 11 and 12 in the national capital that the party will go among masses through the public welfare programmes launched and run by the government.
The people of the country have ability to differentiate between able and incapable governments.”
“Such kinds of alliance which have no leader and policy only form on the basis of self interest it can’t develop the country. On the other hand the BJP has accepted leader and 125 crore people of the country have faith on him” he added.
Lauding the welfare work done by the Central government, Prakash said, “Modi government has been focusing on development of villages, poor, farmers, women and youth.
The welfare porgrammes, formed for the poor in last four years, were implemented on time and it results in smile on face of poor. 33 crore poor linked with banking network, through DBT 5 lakh 50 thousand crore transferred to in the account of poor, Rs 90 thousand crore saved from hands of middlemen.
Six crore LPG gas connection were distributed. Within 100 days 7.03 lakh patient got benefit from Ayushman Bharat Yojna, six crore village youth become digital literate, 18 thousand villages were electrified, 1.5 crore home under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna given to poor and 9.67 crore toilets were formed during last four years.” Counting achievements of the Modi government the General Secretary said, “For women empowerment ‘Beti Bachao Bati Padhao’ become a significant movement which has increased gender diversity in 104 districts.
To provide development for all the government has implemented 10 per cent reservation to general category without decreasing quota of any other class. With providing respect to Baba Sahab Ambedkar, related places with him included in ‘Panchtirth’ and developed as tourist spots. Backward commission got constitutional status. It is priority of the government to prevent corruption.
The UPA government had made records of corruption but this government is being not implicated in any scam.”
