Himachal Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur on Monday advised Anil Sharma, who had been in his government and later resigned, to keep his mouth shut in his own interest failing which his "problems would multiply" and could land in trouble.
"If he opened his mouth many secrets could surface and land him and his family in trouble," the chief minister said in Mandi.
Thakur said Modi wave was sweeping across the country and also Himachal which was the stronghold of BJP. Mandi had got a chief minister for the first time and he cherished that our people of the district should join hands in the development of the state without wasting time.
He said another shock to Sukh Ram was that his son-in law and prominent Congress leader of Kulu, J.N. Gaud has also joined BJP in the wake of Modi wave sweeping hill state.
Hamirpur MP Anurag Thakur said Congress was at present a sinking ship and people were shifting to BJP.
