Harvard University has extended invitation to Chhattisgarh Chief Electoral Officer Subrat Sahoo to speak on the success of holding incident-free and peaceful assembly election in 2018.
He has been asked to share the administrative arrangements, innovative steps and experience of implementing them to hold election.
Harvard Kennedy and Harvard Business School holds a two-day convention on current issues related to India mainly through interaction, discussion and providing platform to link people from different parts of world. The event is scheduled on February 16 and 17, 2019.
