Six persons were injured when the boloro jeep, they were travelling in, collided head on with a truck in Jarandih area here, police said today.
The incident occurred late last night when the victims were on their way to house after attending a marriage party and their jeep collided with the truck near Jarandih on Phusro-Gomia road near Sai temple here, they said.
Vickey, Lal Mohan,Bhola Mahto,Vijay Kumar,and Santosh Diggar were injued in the mishap and have been admitted to a private and CCL hospitals here, they said, adding their condition is stated to be serious.
The truck driver absconded after the incident, they said. Police are trying to find out the absconding driver.
