As in the last year, the Youth Welfare and Prantiya Rakshak Dal (PRD) department will be organising Khel Mahakumbh this year. The Youth Welfare and Sports minister Arvind Pandey will inaugurate the Nyay Panchayat level competitions on Saturday at the mini-stadium in Nanurkheda, Dehradun. Athletics, kabaddi and kho-kho competitions for girls and boys in the under-14 category will be organised at the Nyay Panchayat level.
