A crucial joint meeting of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) and Janata Congress Chhattisgarh (JCC) (J) is going to be held at Bilaspur on Monday to decide about the seat sharing after both the parties tied in alliance.
To participate in the meeting, the Chhattisgarh In charges of BSP, Ashok Siddharth and Lalji Verma are going to arrive in the state on Monday. On the other hand, JCC (J) Supremo Ajit Jogi himself will be present in the meeting. It would now be a tough time for Jogi as he had already declared 41 contenders for the upcoming assembly polls. For sharing seat with BSP in any of these seats from already declared party candidates would be a tough task for Ajit Jogi.
Though, Jogi is claiming that discontentment was only for a couple of seats. But now it has to be seen that will there be another round of revolt within the party mainly, whosoever is the declared candidate, after they are being refrained from contesting the polls, just to keep the alliance work.
Leaders of both parties will have discussions over holding massive joint public meet in which supremo of both parties, Ajit Jogi and Mayawati would address the masses. A possible date for the public meeting would also be finalised in the meeting, sources informed.
