A total of 24 senior retired Government officials joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in presence of BJP national president Amit Shah at the Logistic Park venue of booth level party workers convention held here on Friday.
Former Director General of Police (DIG) Rajiv Shrivastava, former DID N K S Thakur, former IRS Ashok Singh, IFS Krishna Kumar, former IFS Rakesh Tiwari, former Information Broadcasting Service officer Vimal Chandra, former DSP Mohan Dubey and NTPC former Manager Hemant Dhagamwar joined the party.
The others were — social worker Shubhangi Apte, former IRS Arvind Shrivastava, former Assistant Superintendent of Police RK Sharma, former DSP Banshilal Kurrey, Bhojendra Uike, Colonel Sunil Mishra, former DSP Ajit Choubey, former DSP Pradeep Mishra, former DSP Shamsheer Khan, Historian and Archaeologist Hemu Yadu, Mohammed Siraj, music therapy expert Ghanshyam Sharma, Psychologist Dr Neeta,former Jail trainer Subash Verma, former journalist Kishore Trivedi, former IAS RC Sinha are included.
