Congress candidate, KN Tripathi has filed nomination from Chatra Lok Sabha seat on Tuesday.
 
After the nomination, Tripathi said that this is a fight to save the Constitution. “BJP is raising the slogan of crossing 400, but will they cross 400 without public votes? This time the public has taken everything for granted. BJP alleges outsiders and insiders, but let me tell you that I have a lineage of 500 years, if they want, I will show it. Can Kalicharan show his lineage? They are outsiders from Buxar, they are not me. BJP is promoting me by calling me an outsider and insider,” he added.
 
The elections are to be held in Chatra on May 20. BJP candidate Kalicharan Singh will face KN Tripathi. Let us tell you that at the time of nomination, Minister Satyanand Bhokta was also with KN Tripathi.
 
Meanwhile, President of Ranchi Metropolitan Congress Committee, Kumar Raja said in the meeting held in Ranchi that the manifesto of Congress has to be taken to every last person of the society.
 
A meeting of Morabadi Block Booth Committee was called by Congress. In this, talks were held with the chairpersons of all the wards coming to the block to prepare for the public relations campaign. A review was conducted regarding preparations.
 
Kumar Raja said that instructions have been given to all the block and ward level officials of all the cells of the Congress Party, Metropolitan Congress, Mahila Congress and Youth Congress. It has been said that everyone should form a group and work to deliver the manifesto to every last person of the society. Work to expose the anti-national ideologies of BJP and oust it from power.
 
The party’s Metropolitan President said that Narendra Modi's Government has been unable to fulfill the promises made continuously. “Be it providing two crore jobs per year or the promise of providing a permanent house to every poor. Don't know how many such relevant issues are there on which Modi Government is just doing politics of religion by not talking about them. The work of tricking and cheating people is being done. Their aim is only to enjoy power even if the public suffers from unemployment and inflation. Today the Country has the highest unemployment in 45 years. This Government is not paying attention to this. The people are suffering and the Modi Government is happy,” he added.
